Current products available for commercial sales include lithium aluminate material for molten carbonate fuel cells. The product can be supplied with either an alpha or gamma phase composition and widely varying choice of particle size and surface area.

Other examples include spherical nanometer to micrometer metal and alloy powders made by a Patented Aerosol Spray Pyrolysis (ASP) process. Single and Multi-component oxide powders are also made by the ASP process as well as by chemical precipitation and solid-state thermal reactions. Nanometer size metal and single oxides are also produced by a vapor phase process.

Particle coating experience at PTLLC includes coating silver nanoparticles with carnauba wax or stearic acid to prevent sintering, coating nanoscale magnetic particles by gelatin and silica, and surface modification of aluminum spherical and flakey powders for passivation and dissemination as smoke material.
